A privacy notice is a statement that describes how Beacon Primary Care collects, uses, retains and discloses personal information which we hold.  It is sometimes referred to as a privacy statement or privacy policy.  This privacy notice is part of our commitment to ensure that we process your personal information / data fairly and lawfully.
