We are a training practice based across West Lancs.
We work with one set of clinicians and information systems across three sites.
We are committed to improving access and quality. We aim to provide a wide range of enhanced services for our patients.
We operate the Talk and Treat telephone consultation system.
Any patient that attends the surgery, or contacts the surgery by telephone and has any concerns or issues that they are unhappy about , or they have experienced something that has gone wrong for them, they will now be helped by our “PATIENT FRIEND”. We want the patient to have a point of contact at the practice where they can voice their concerns or deal with any issues they may have, and to know that we are listening and that changes will be made if need be.
Cyber Attack update 16/05/17
Thanks to our dedicated staff who went over and above this weekend along with NHS IT staff we are back from 0% to nearly normal operations. Unfortunately there are a few computers still down and a lot pf catching up to do.
Thanks to the patients who have shown understanding and patience. There are about 10 infected computers mainly in Ormskirk these should be operational by Wednesday.
Operations are now normal at all sites, though there are minor delays as we catch up.
